Terms and Conditions

❖ Artworks done are for personal use.
❖ For commercial commissions, I will be charging a percentage or 2x - 3x the base price or more depending on the commission type and the project that it will be used for.
❖ Please provide clear and detailed references / images of the character you want me to draw. Please use the form provided in the "Form" tab.
❖ I have the right to decline anything for any reason or if it is too difficult for me / I'm not comfortable with it.
❖ Payment is only through Paypal (USD)
❖ Please provide me your PayPal email address. I will only accept payment through PayPal invoice for protected transactions.
❖ Either full payment upfront or half payment before I start the sketch and the other half must be paid after the sketch. You will only be put in my commission slot (2 slots) after the initial payment has been received.
❖ If my slots are full, I can put you on my waitlist (6 max. Will increase if I can). Payment is not required to be on my waitlist. Instead, I will come back to you whenever I have cleared out my commission slots.
❖ I will be messaging you if you are on my waitlist and there is a slot available for you, so check your DMs sometimes :) . If a client has not replied back after 4 days (excluding weekends), I will move on to the next person in the waitlist.
❖ You can ask for minor revisions after the sketch and during the lineart process to see if there's any detail I missed or if I made a mistake somewhere in the artwork. Revisions after the artwork is done should be kept to a minimum (max 3 allowed). I will not be doing major / heavy revisions.
❖ Strictly no refunds unless I have not started your commission or if for some reason I am unable to complete it.
❖ Any attempt to dispute the invoice after having fully paid will lead to further actions.
❖ As the illustrator, I hold all the rights to the works produced.
❖ I will be posting the completed work on X (formerly Twitter) and Pixiv. Please let me know if you want the commission to be private. Private commissions will have an additional 20% fee.
❖ After the work has been completed I will be sending you the PSD and High res PNG (or JPG) files.
❖ You can contact me through Twitter DMs, pixiv message, Discord, or email. I will try to be more active on all platforms.

Other Important Notes

❖ Please be patient. My artworks usually take me 2 - 4 weeks to finish, maybe even more depending on the complexity of the artwork, but also due to real life reasons (feeling ill, helping out with stuff at home, etc.). But I will try my best to update you every time I make significant progress with the commission.
❖ If I'm lucky and the commission is simple enough for me to work fast on and nothing is hindering me at the moment, my artworks take me less than a week.
❖ I only work half day on Saturdays and take a break on Sundays. But when I deem that the commission is almost done, I will consider working on weekends.
❖ Be polite when discussing with me :).
❖ Don't set your expectations too high. I strongly suggest checking out some of my artworks here: pixiv.me/himeliofon to give you a better judgment on what you think I can draw for you.
❖ For now, I can only draw OCs (Original Characters) with images or reference sheets, VTuber characters or characters from games / shows (fanarts).

Do's and Don'ts

I will do:

❖ Original character
❖ Fanart (VTubers, etc.)
❖ Female fanservice (swimsuit, lingerie, etc.)
❖ Female nudity
❖ Maximum of 5 characters in a single canvas
Note for multiple characters:
- I'm not confident drawing characters in certain poses (e.g. hugging, carrying, etc.)

I will NOT do:

❖ Mature-looking male characters
❖ Weird fetish
❖ Non-humanoid characters (animals, monsters, etc.) *
❖ Mecha / Robot
❖ Gore
❖ Furry
❖ Loli / Shota
❖ Firearms (pistols are fine)
❖ Elderly characters
❖ Muscular characters
❖ Real world people / Public figures
❖ Difficult perspectives (still practicing)
❖ Heavily detailed backgrounds (Cityscapes, etc.)
❖ Heavily detailed outifts (knight armor, military gear) **

* Small mascots are okay
** Minimal amount of armor is okay (e.g. Noelle from Genshin Impact)

Extra Fees

❖ Commercial commissions will have an additional percentage (20% or more) or 2x to 3x the base price of the commission type:
-------- 20% or more - Youtube video thumbnails, assets, stream assets, etc.
-------- 2x to 3x ------- Merch, tangible goods
❖ Private Commissions will have an additional 20% of the base price of the commission type.
❖ A nude or underwear version of a fully clothed character is an additional 45% of the base price of the commission type.
- If the character is wearing a swimsuit or other underwear and you want a nude version of it, there is no additional fee.

❖ An additional outfit will be 45% of the base price of the commission type regardless of the type of outfit.NOTE: If the additional outfit is drawn on the same character but in a different pose, it counts as an additional character which will be 100% of the base price of the commission type.

❖ Additional Character - Each additional character depending on how they appear on the canvas will be 100% of the base price.
